These 'Economic Royalists' use their combined wealth to bribe or buy judges and politicians in order to change laws to increase their power within a country. This eventually leads to country collapse economically and democratically due to uncontrolled greed and unchecked power.
It disguises itself as democracy but functions as an extraction engine:

Designed to suppress labor
